Yeah I will definitely try and be at his set. I loved this b2b with him and Oscar Mulero, who is way overdue a booking at the farm.

Man, I do love Oscar, and yes, perfect DJ to b2b with Ben Sims. Only seen OM once, a three hour set at The White Hotel in Salford, and he was majestic. Now, if HE gets announced for IICON or Genosys, all bets are off!

Ah, ok, so when someone said get there an hour before, they probably meant 7pm, rather than getting there at 3pm for a 4pm start, which did sound early. 
 

I will probably be back for some more specific advice once the line up is out, as Wilkinson at the temple is likely a must see for my GF, and given that we expect DnB to be on the Thursday I anticipate that being a busy one which may need some planning.

Avalon Emerson is playing Thursday according to her website.

Will this be absolute carnage or does the open setup of San Remo allow for plenty of room?

I wouldn't call it stacked tbh. 

Radio DJs you can see anytime you want or people like Four Tet who plays multiple sets every year.

Michael Bibi will probably get a big crowd, but I won't be there!

Arcadia has let me down a bit, tbh. Friday is just a bit...soft. I'd think about targeting that Max Cooper set, as he knows what he's doing, but it would have to fit into how I curate the rest of my Friday night. 
 

OK, all in for Block9, then 😆.

Agh. Thats a bit rubbish too! Very much hoping to be singing my head off at Ash in Avalon at 10pm on Friday!

 

Tbh, last year was my first properly great night at Arcadia for years. And it was great. So, I've had a brilliant experience under the Dragonfly. If it's not to be this year, I'll be happy as Larry elsewhere.

Well I'd kill to be at the Jobse/Palsmy Arcadia 🥲 Could really see Jobse upping the tempo, pure euro trance dutchy nonsense. Hopefully Palmsy pulls heavy hitters from his catalogue over italo disco & miss the mark for this stage.

 

Romy could defo do well. Fan of Logic1000's productions but unsure how their DJ sets fare.

 

Would probably also have aimed for Solomun & Bibi, but more out of "wouldn't go out of my way to see them anywhere else"  Feel like both have been on recent lineups & which fell threw at the last minute? Feel like I tried to catch Solomun last year & then didn't show up or something. Could've been someone else...

I guess i’ll stay long enough to see if whoever is on after Max is playing good stuff and move on if not. Also depends on what is on elsewhere Friday night…

It’s just always so busy that I’m slightly relieved I’m not going to be feeling the need to join the scrum. It’s not as if there’s isn’t enough stuff on elsewhere and we haven’t got block 9 yet. I might try and make it to Four Tet.

No absolute must-sees on Arcadia this year, are there? I'll definitely spend an hour or two there at some point (probably Jobse/Palms, Logic1000 and/or Shy FX) but not much more.

 

At the moment, The Glade is where I'll be most of all. All eyes on Block9 very soon...

Its a much bigger area now - it was absolutely fine last year, even for the headliners (Amelie Lens & Eric Prydz) we just waltzed straight in

Did you take a particular route? I went for Prydz and hit a pretty dense wall of people far back from the main stage. Think I took an obvious directly up from Railway Track type route. I did make it through eventually (and then it was OK) but it wasn't easy. And had to endure a few grumbles along the way.
