Probably slightly better but it seems like there's only a handful of posters on here who actually like her so still not great.

'Bout time you compiled another 'fake' line up, Crawler.

People out there will rabidly lap it up even more than the previous one.

They're gaggin' fer it.

I still think she'll headline but if she doesn't then subbing the pyramid seems much more likely than headlining the other stage.

Trust Fund are my favourite new British band at the moment, I find that whoever is supporting Los Campesinos! is a good way to find which bands are great, they've introduced me to Joanna Gruesome, Slow Club, First Aid Kit, Cymbals Eat Guitars, Summer Camp and Johnny Foreigner in the past through playing shows with them.

First Aid Kit played with LC!?

Sod Prince. Sod Bowie. The Moody Blues are strongly rumoured!! I am overwhelmingly chuffed boys and girls

Martin, you've been stalking that fucking loony on twitter who bleats on about the Moody Blues incessantly, haven't you?

Has Taylor got her blinds shut this week?

Oh FFS Dental.

I'm a misogynist?

[i can tell this is gonna ruin my fucking night already]

Do go on...

Dunno. I don't find the repeated sarcastic quips about Florence's looks (or anyone elses jibes about them) entertaining though and seeing as it's not proportionate with the amount that potential male headliners' looks are commented on, then I don't know what else to call it.

And yet - BOOM - out of the blue i'm a woman hater?!

Fucking lazy and cheap, dude.

Edit - Ok. Fuck it. Let's single me out as a nice little catch all woman hater to niftily mop up every fucking comment from anyone on here. Nice.

Scandanavia is always dishing out great new bands. Baby In Vain are awesome and Slutface are sounding cool too

Baby Woodrose - a psych / garage rock band from Denmark, been around for years but still pretty fresh

    • TVOD are playing Blue Basement in London 2/9 with a complete EOTR/Psych Fest shaped hole before their next gig in Lyon on 8/9. Well received in the Big Top last year, reckon they're nailed on for a secret set in the Tipi.
    • Didn't they widen the entrance last year to enable them to increase the number of pitches or have I imagined this? Perhaps they might return under a different form of glamping?    Just had another thought - Or even rent the land to the festival for CV pitches.......
    • It should forever be the Tipi.   Just as the news about Geese was shared on Twitter.
    • It really surprised me that Rock AM Ring made Download feel like an extremely well organised festival with good communication in comparison. If we were to ever try either of them again we would go for IM Park and stop in Nuremberg.     Agree that the long thin mainstage isn't great, but where the mainstage is makes it really hard to navigate when it is busy because of that choke point created by the food vendors, bar/lounges with a view of main and where the crowd is coming form second stage. The concrete is hard on the joints. The front standing is a pisstake and the communication from the fest about what is happening on site other than which campsites are filling up leaves a lot to be desired. Car parks being a free for all doesn't help either.   I think it really suffers being so far from anything other than small towns/villages that lack proper public transport and Koblenz being the closest town which you can can use to get public transport to the fest being 60km away.
    • Yeah its absolutely on me that isn't think Shinia Twain was an awful choice- i get that.  Im still of the paul simon, ELO kind of thoughts but I realise things change. Im still intrigued what constitutes legend though. Robert plant played and he wasn't a legend slot- to me that would have fitted. Is it a ' comedy ' ' good time ' slot now? Comedy isn't the right word - guilty pleasure or something like that?
