Mardy
That would be the absolute highlight over the past few years for me if announced. Yep, you'll get no argument from me on that. Have you seen that 'live at the troubador' stuff?
Wooderson
Yep, you'll get no argument from me on that. Have you seen that 'live at the troubador' stuff? No, will have to investigate. Saw James in 2011 and loved it.
**claire**
Kenny rodgers was a surprise highlight of 2013 for me. Another vote here for Dolly! I was given some tickets to see her a couple of years ago at the o2 & she was fabulous.
carlosj
Somebody mentioned Joni Mitchell, which would be great, but how about Blondie?
slamdunkdafunk
I have seen James six times over the past decade or so. An incredible live act. Tim Booth can really hold the audience. Add to that their incredible back catalog of sing-a-long hits, they'd be great at Glasto. However, I think they could be much higher up the bill, maybe Pyramid sub or Other headliner? Maybe my bias as I love them.
stuartbert two hats
I don't really think James are big enough to sub the pyramid or headline other. Not do I think they're right for the legends slot, it's normally solo artists who have been going longer. Having said that, I'd love to see James, maybe third from top on pyramid seems about right, or headlinig JP.
DomDom1984
I'd be glued to my TV for Dolly Parton if she played. Kenny Rogers looked wonderful. His set had such a brilliant mood to it, both with the sort of charm he had between songs, and the music had a great aura about it. Parton is cut from the same sort of cloth, and has some absolutely belting songs that would go down well.
