Obviously 1975 / OR / Neil Young is the odds on fave - Seeing alot of Justin Timberlake headline slots around European Festivals in June would that be a feasible option for Emily?

He’s one of the best live acts out there IMO, should be headliner material even if he’s not “there yet”.

Can't help but feel JT has far passed his peak. I don't see it personally.  If he played it would be a Katy Perry kind of slot I would imagine.

Was lucky enough to catch him on WH in 2017 when a fortunate work placing meant i got to catch all day at West holts with very little work to do.  Was a great show.

I saw the original Queen 3 times (82 and twice in 86) but haven't bothered with the newer versions, and to be honest I sort of regret it. The reviews of the recent tours made it still sound like a good time.

 

They'd absolutely kill it on the Pyramid, one for the ages, but it's not going to happen.

You 100% would. Deep down you know it too. Can you imagine, a few days later, watching Queen & AL kicking Glasto’s ass into oblivion on iPlayer and you’re starting to wonder if the decision to watch Hot Chip was the right one?

Yeah, there would be a degree of FOMO but I don't enjoy his performances and it would be my last memory of live Queen. I don't have much but I'd rather stick on what I have...

I’m lucky enough to have seen Queen with Freddie live and they were awesome gigs, absolutely incredible.  I’ve also seen Queen with Adam Lambert and thought his interpretation and performance of the classic songs are excellent.  
Maybe it’s the songs, many absolutely unique and with such a wide appeal.

As a singer, I prefer PR to AL, he’s obviously one of the great blues/rock singers but therein, to me, lies the problem. Apart from a few songs (It’s Late etc), Queen weren’t particularly bluesy. I saw Queen with PR a few times and to me it just didn’t feel like Queen at all, apart from when Rog or Brian sang their stuff. I kind of begrudgingly saw them with AL at the Hammy Apollo on their first run of dates and I thought they were superb. Adam wasn’t the most dynamic or charismatic frontmen then, but he was right for the band and it felt much more like Queen again

To be honest, Freddie IS Queen. Once I'd done Queen with PR, I've completed Queen to the best of my ability. I wanted to like AL because I love Queen, but his voice puts me off. All annoying and over egged.
