In 2019 they were booked for Latitude headline and 3rd down Other, I believe they'd still remain at roughly that same level, or a Woodsies/Park headline

They pulled out of both festivals, were replaced with The Charlatans on the Other

he has been sober since 2016, he is fine.

put em on Pyramid same slot as Keane had this past year. Theyll pull a big crowd ready for some sing alongs. They still sell out arenas.

It's not the worst idea tbf. They had a 3rd-down slot at Mad Cool 2018 before Jack White and Arctic Monkeys and they were pretty good in that kind of sunset slot.

I doubt it, but I get the impression that Dave had become a friend as has Chris Martin and accepted into the inner sanctuary of Worthy Farm. He was valued by the family, not just a booking for the festival.

Suspect they'll be much more short notice.  I think last time they were announced only 3 or 4 months out.

I agree completely, thought the same. At Y Not (where they headlined) they sounded the best they have in years as well. 

 

I was very disappointed when they pulled out of 2019, especially after seeing how great the sunset was. Would've been a great atmosphere
