Totally forgot about Tinderbox gap there, would have made total sense too

Surely they'll have the third headliner be someone a bit more established?

I still reckon Fres is more likely than Fender.

Fender would be a weak choice in ‘25 but a strong one in ‘27, imo. I’d also be disappointed if he’s headlining next year.

How does that work?

Makes no sense

Assuming the other two headliners are O-Rod and Fred, Sam Fender as the third makes it a pretty average to weak set of three. Get someone with much more experience as a third and it looks far more balanced, imo.

Fender isn’t an established stadium level act yet. By all accounts he will be next year, and with that under his belt in ‘27, he’d be a far stronger headliner.

This makes no sense. Why does he have to wait 2 years to suddenly be ready to headline? He's only after selling out a complete arena UK/European tour in a matter of hours. I'd be happy enough to see him headline. Seen him at Belsonic last year and crowd goes fairly mental for his sets. Absolutely brilliant live.

As for Fred, he does absolutely nothing at all for me. It's all down to opinions on who you'd prefer to headline as your reasoning just doesnt add up.

The other way of looking at it, with the exact same set of tourdates, could be that he's at the height of his powers in 2025 and by 2027 will Mumford it.

I don’t have an issue with headliners who I’d prefer not see headlining because I don’t want to be tethered to the Pyramid for three nights on the trot. I just don’t think Fender is likely alongside other rumours people seem quite convinced by. That trio wouldn’t be balanced like we’re used to seeing. You can prefer to believe my reasoning doesn’t add up, if that’s your opinion 😉

    • Don Broco secret set.
    • Regarding PinkPantheress: I watched the ending of The Cure from the back and then bolted straight to Cupra to save spots on the steps for my entire festival crew. Thus, we all had a good experience there. Sucks that not everybody got to properly see it, but it felt like something out of Glastonbury where those who showed up long in advance got to see a big artist on a smaller stage in good conditions.
