Just a lot of people walking around trying to convince themselves of why its okay to pay $900 for a Taylor Swift gig and how lucky the UK are for only paying £150 for a Blur gig.

So what you're saying is. A few people (like <5) have said 'those headliners look cool' and your response is 'well yeah but wait to you see the undercard, I bet you'll hate it then!' Why do you care if people like the headliners and not the undercard? Why are you trying to protect a multi million $ making festival on a mainly UK festival forum. Get over yourself.

By all accounts she was meant to be headlining Other opposite Macca in 2020. My best guess is that by the time 22 was being booked she’d gotten too big for that slot and either her or the festival decided to wait for a shot at the big one.

Thats the point. Supre stated that its just the way the world is now and 'Look at us in America and how bad we have it' in relation to the Blur ticket prices.

It wouldn’t surprise me for 2023 if they held slots for AM, Taylor, Elton - and Taylor/Elton didn’t materialise, so they drafted in GNR and Dua.

It’s not a rumour period if Elton isn’t teasing with dates. It will be interesting once his dates dry up and this forever tour ends whether we still continue to rumour him.

No, nothing, Matt always does this. One rumour and they're a lock if he thinks it fits. Eminem and Rhianna have also been rumoured to the same level.

They almost certainly tried tried to book the original three for last year and given how early Billie was announced Taylor must have said no early on and they jumped on Billie as soon as it became apparent she was available.

Given Emily’s comments about Taylor she’ll have first refusal every year until she finally does it. Dua feels the natural reserve for next year if she’s about.
