I wish Damon did another solo album and tour. I know it was largely temporary because Gorillaz had split but wished I saw him on that tour doing a mix of solo stuff, Gorillaz, Blur and TGTBTQ

Yeah. Blur are one of my favourite bands of all time, Gorillaz also great up till and including Plastic Beach but this is very boring.

Loved Wolf Alice, Michael Kiwanuka great, Haim smashed it, really enjoyed Idles (although Mrs B did not). Skipped Coldplay and Damon Albarn turgid. PJ Harvey’s spoken word not my wheelhouse. My highlight was the poem about refugees with the giant mannequin and children walking through the field - really touched me.
