If he wanted no deal we'd have had no deal by now.  That the government keep negotiating would suggest the opposite is true.

Regardless, it's still an enormous shit show.  I keep getting letters from the government telling me to get my business ready for the 1st Jan.  They think I deal directly with the EU - I don't.  But nowhere in these letters is anything substantive, because nobody knows how this will work out, deal or no deal.  Business already getting blamed for not being able to see into the future.
