Ticket dispatch date

Recommended Posts

Fresh from my ticket problems yesterday,  my friends tickets were going to be sent to the address of the person who paid for them, rather than the first person on the list, despite the fact that the person who paid for them isn't even going.

No problem, phoned SEE and they changed the address to the first named ticket instead.

Except they still addressed them to the name of the person who paid for the ticket, on the envelope.

So the sorting office won't release them to the person the tickets got sent to.

Who could have imagined leaving sending out the tickets until 2 weeks before the festival starts could cause problems.

Just got a dispatch email and got excited only to realise it was for 2 car park tickets I ordered separately and my actual tickets are still showing as in stock and dispatching shortly...….

I'm sure See are just playing games!

I'm a little concerned with my tickets... on the tracker they don't even show as in stock yet! ( my campervan one shows in stock ready for dispatch) ?

Any else's general admission tickets still not showing as in stock?

When I track it doesn’t even mention delivery status/in stock etc...?

Are you definitely tracking the right order?

Should be tracking the balance payment from April, not the original deposit from October

@paulshaneI just checked See. It says my ticket has been despatched, but again no mention of cv ticket. I assumed tickets were assigned to reg numbers and sent out together, but it seems See work to transactions. So, will have to wait longer for cv ticket... Frustrating

yes, I believe they started doing that in 2017, as I remember an almighty panic when I opened my ticket envelope and there was no campervan pass in it. Emailed and called, "it'll be sent separatly" phew!

Same here. When Its the balance payment reference I'm tracking but doesent mention anything about status.

When I track my campervan one I get a status for that?

Strange...

    • My party again had an outstanding 4 days in Barca. We made the right call to leave the festival site early at about 10.30 on Thursday to get ourselves some excellent steaks in the city. I am with everyone that the organization should have been clearer about what is going on and also if you would like to get rid of some attendees open more exits, they sent us from gate to gate until we finally were able to get out. Biggest 'disappointment' was the beer price, a YoY increase from 5 to 6 is absolutely nuts!!! (i am living in Switzerland so me making this comment says something 🙂)   Top 10:   1. Men I Trust 2. Role Model (could have been first as well, what a great artist and great songs) 3. The XX 4. The cure (the last 90 minutes) 5. Gorillaz 6. MBV 7. Ninajirachi (another big miss of the organization, clearly on the wrong podium and wonder if Olivia's surprise set had something to do with that and they had to reschuffle late the Occident, Cupra and Port schedules) 8. NewDad 9. Big Thief 10. Annastashia      We did 3 years Barca now and for next year looking at the Porto or Bilbao festivals as an option.
    • Personally if it was me now, I would be grabbing a green camping ticket with the knowledge closer when I've refreshed that I can still choose general if I want to....you can't do the opposite!    I would say if you are happy to watch your headliners and big bands further back to be able to see who you actually plan to later then yes it is fine. Its a much difference experience to any other festival especially food wise and camping surrounds.    Once you're in the arena as well you're not going back unless you've got a gap. If I go again I'll be going with the option of not trying to push the front and enjoying further back as you actually put too much pressure on it than the time take away can forget to enjoy other acts.
    • No complaints about the sound. We were like 2nd set of steps facing stage right in like the middle row.
    • On the whole then, yay or nay...I've had a look on festivals united and there's people who seem converted by Rock Im Park, I can imagine it might be different if it was a washout as RaR is tarmac.   The hotel side would be more to convince the non campers if it's an option. On my first visit to rock am ring we were shuttled into the area where you could stick the car next to the tent which was fantastic as it meant zero lugging of camping gear.
