Aphex Twin.  He's active (for him) again and playing Coachella so I am hoping he'll make an appearance on the farm in some capacity. 

I can see him being a late announcement, if at all.  He'll probably just end up playing all weekend in a micro venue in the SEC for all of 4 people.

Sure, except that would create a TFC v Hot Chip clash which, after 2015's SFA v Hot Chip clash, would be a heartbreaker for me.  So any slot except that one, please.

I quite wanted to see the Manics too. I know they're not massive fans of the festival but with their new album last year and them touring This Is My Truth Tell Me Yours in May I really thought they'd be there.
