anyone have any idea who number 3 on the list could be? re the quote below

`This is AGONY. I’m gnawing my fist here… Because there’s an unannounced band that I know is playing a secret set at Glastonbury. They’re big. But are they "really big surprise" big? I just don't know. I’ve promised not to name them. I'm sorry. I’d tell but I’d be consigned to Monday morning litter-picking duty from now to eternity. What can I say?

They’ve played there before and they’ll go down an absolute treat. Oh no, I’ve said too much. (It’s not them). Bigmouth almost strikes again. (It’s not them either). It’ll be a beautiful day. (Nope). But are they Emily’s big secret? 4-1`

Seems pretty coy answering

In Denmark the Thursday and Greece the Saturday..... so that does leave them free for either of the remaining TBA's.

Did I hear right and he said we're in Athens the day before Glastonbury....

that answer read to me like he knew they are playing the sunday, have the top off of his head he knew when the athens gig is, and that  its glastonbury weekend and the main secret slot is the sunday.. bit of a strange question to ask also

Yeah like how many bands know their whole schedule with dates and then just happen to know they're in x country a day before a festival they're apparently not booked in to play?

    • Absolutely not, I dont know of it selling out but they needed TFG and Skyvip to shift them. Biffy aren't either and they didn't go to TFG and I wouldn't say Kasabian are either and they sold it out the quickest. Liam Gallagher did Finsbury Park as well and subbed the Pyramid Stage, Noah Kahan did two nights at BST and subbed the Pyramid though that's a rare one. Finsbury itself will definitely not grant you top spot, that field can hold 100k      That's fair. I'm definitely in the camp myself that Fender and Harry are most likely.

    • I don't think he will announce restarting north sea drilling.    He'll hint at it instead and kick it down the road.   And the plan isn't for new licenses anyway.
    • LCD Soundsystem seem perfect for the outdoor circuit. I could definitely see them doing that.
    • Thats a weekly one isn't it? He's been PM for two weeks and its been known longer than that. Labour , greens , lib dem's all seemed to be converging around 16/17% beforehand are now labour are breaking away.   The polls showing labour ahead have the lib dems down at something like 8%. I guessing as Burnham announces more blue labour policies like restarting north sea drilling those two parties will start to claw back a few of the voters they've lost.
