Gotta be The Cure announced on Christmas Eve. I can picture it right now, I'm stuffing my face with a massive Chinese, just finished Edward Scissorhands (which was natch preceded by Batman Returns and The Nightmare Before Christmas; the full Burton Festive Trilogy_TM) bathed in the twinkling lights of my black Christmas tree. Check Twitter, The Cure have been announced for Glastonbury. Ho Ho Ho Merry Gothmas!

As someone's first time at Glastonbury being 2017 after years of trying, and Radiohead being my favourite band, that reveal was incredible

They started painting the logo on the 19th, the official reveal was the 20th.

The Cure have headlined Glastonbury at least 3 times already, according to Wikipedia, even if it's been a long time. Macca headlined 2004.

Has anyone mentioned Kraftwerk lately? (too many messages  here, hard to keep up!) I would LOVE to see Kraftwerk headline one of those magical Glasto nights.

I know we're thinking Kenny for this, based on (admittedly slim) clues on the RW forum, but there's chat that this might be Muse. They've got a tour announcement pending, so seems reasonable.
