To each their own but I personally think Radiohead rank as one of the best if not the best live act i've ever seen.

Travelled alone for the first time  solely for that performance, was my first time seeing them and it was incredible , thought the rest of the lineup was trash apart from James Blake as their sub

If we all liked the same stuff Tom, we would only need one stage at Glasto. Imagine how boring that would be ?

I went for New Order, plus I love Berlin.

Apologies the only acts I remember being there were Kings of Leon, Catfish, 1975 and The bottlemen and Major lazer. Was in Berlin for less than 24 hours but would love to go back

It could be a single rotating stage with New Order, Liam & NGHFB on a loop. With Hooky chained to the handle to turn it dressed as Ian Curtis. ?

Will shock you this mate but I have no inclination to see any of the Oasis lads strut their stuff. Not been into anything like that since Knebworth really. I have also seen NO more than enough times. If I manage to get in next year, I am happy to soak up totally new stuff and listen to people's recommendations on here ?

I should have read up and seen that nobody knows any 1975 songs before punning on 1975 songs.

Don't worry I enjoyed it.

I'd also rate 1975 to headline the other stage this time round. Even though i'd love Emily to give them the push and give them a chance at the big one. The below is excellent

Rock Werchter forum has a link to twitter account of Pink that says she's announcing Europe 19 dates on Tuesday. Apparently playing Amsterdam on 16 June. Possible headliner ?

Seems like a BST headliner to me. If she was at Glasto I think she'd be in similar slot to Katy Perry.

Edit: She says London in the video too.

    • Muse new album out soon , European tour announcement for Nov and Dec, no Spanish date and north American tour starts in July and in North America for all of July and August. So primavera and Glastonbury
    • Well he is on a rape charge, don't see that one as controversial.    Although Hakimi is in Morocco squad.
    • Electric Callboy just said they'll be touring here next year. I'm not sure there's a poster for it though. I'll look when I'm near some next.      He said we'll see you at Download at a gig before any of the band. Presumably he was trolling. They're in Austria at the moment and Germany tomorrow with a week's break and more shows in Germany. Whilst not impossible to come back here and then go over there again, it seems unlikely.
    • Thomas Partey, knocked back by Canadian immigration now.
    • I'm sure someone can update you on the clashfinder, and it will be pretty accurate by the time the festival comes around. It's a large flat-ish arena with main stage in the open air, no best side I'd say. Leadmill (3rd stage medium tent) is at the back of the main arena, T'Other (2nd stage big tent) 5 min walk round the corner. At full capacity walking around can take a bit more time though. I noticed that The Enemy are scheduled to not fully overlap with Wolf Alice, so you could catch part of their set too.   You can walk around anywhere with a beer, with most bars the usual mass market stuff, but one nice craft ale tent, back of the arena near the Leadmill stage. A main meal will set you back £10-15, but cheaper snacks also available. Expect a pint to be £7-8. Possibly a bit more this year as prices everywhere are increasing.   It's fairly easy to get to from the town centre using the tram, although can be busy at peak times / very busy at curfew. If you like a walk, it's approx 40 mins to Kelham Island (lots of indy venues) and probably an hour to the city, or catch an Uber. There will be loads of 'fringe' music events on around the city right through the weekend. Most are free. Have a wonderful trip, enjoy the festival, and your stay in our city!
