Nothing wrong with the predictions old son but it's no good predicting bands that have not confirmed yet..

The Clashfinder is one of the most important tools I have at Glastonbury and I tip my hat to yous that do it but I feel we need more confirmed bands

Although it's still fantasy, there is still a bit of logic, bands that are touring and don't already have clashes are more than likely going to turn up in the lineup poster.

Anyway just looking at it got me all excited, I think this years lineup is going to be vintage.

I don't find Clashfinder useful at all until after the stage/times announcement. Only then is anything official and it's worth considering the clashes. I get that it's fun to speculate and all, but I don't have time for all that personally.

I don't have strong feelings on it, but inevitably once it's populated with one person's speculation it starts getting passed around by people not on here like it's got some credibility to it.  It just creates a lot of noise and disinformation.  Its only a matter of time before some new member starts a thread bemoaning their lot in terms of clashes without realising it's all just someone's idle fantasy.

It's not like people can't make their own Clashfinder for personal predictions - I notice many on here do - so continually editing the proper clashfinder that some people can't separate from the real one just seems like a deliberate attempt to mislead people.

At the same time though, when it's clear to see the festival have only announced Radiohead and Foo Fighters, you'd have to be pretty dense to think for a second this clashfinder is legit.

the issue is more when the poster gets released, and someone puts them all onto clashfinder. it then gets passed around online and people think that those are the actual stage breakdowns/times because all the acts are correct.

Just let people do it if they want to, everyone knows it's not real and if it is a bit of fun to them then so be it. It's better than being a cock and moaning at people on here for no reason.
