The National in the sunset, with Matt in sunglasses and a black shirt :D They will personally never release a better album than Trouble will find me, I think thats their musical sweet spot, their peak or w/e. But if they're coming back to Europe next year I guess they definitely got some new material.

Pearl Jam would be awesome

And tickets for me and my mates obviously!

Lady Gaga!

^ knows what's up (mostly)

I know have a ticket! So onward with my campaign to bring the most impossibly perfect live performer of our times, and possibly ever, Sufjan Stevens, to Glastonbury 2017!

My demands are 3pm - 4.15pm, Pyramid Stage, Radiohead day, but I'm a reasonable man and will accept JPT headline.

Justin Vernon needs to have a word with him, they can all travel down in the Bon Iver private jet (it's like the Iron Maiden jet, but it's made of logs and brass sections) with The National.

Radiohead, Daft Punk, Iggy Pop, King Gizzard, Kraftwerk, The National, Justice, Diana Ross, Father John Misty, The Parrots, Public Service Broadcasting, Kool and the Gang, Nicolas Jaar, Todd Terje, Green Velvet and finally Eric Prydz / Cirez D at Arcadia.

Public Service Broadcasting

The Weeknd

Black Honey

Something out of my old favourites like Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Metric, Blood Red Shoes, Joy Formidable

Cloves

Kendrick Lamar

Get Inuit

Avalanches - Yes but full live outfit instead of DJ set. Heard Visa issues messed up their plans for Field Day and other shows.

Dreamland would be My Bloody Valentine headlining Other Stage and changing my life.

Oh and my main wishes would be Radiohead to headline, Chic for the legends slot and lots of good happy electro music to the small hours

and Aphex Twin obviously, this is the year

Radiohead obvs, aside from that there's a few who I'm hoping might turn up this year including;

AIR, The Avalanches, Justice, Bon Iver, The National, The xx, First Aid Kit, Car Seat Headrest (higher slot that last year which I missed to my eternal shame). More to be added as the 'Who's Touring Around...' thread grows.

Twas no great shakes.

Aye? I wonder if the placing had to do with that. Given the hype around the album and 6music giving them a big push at the time it's surprising the weren't higher up.

    • I read the Kerrang review and they didn’t seem overly positive. The definition of a 6 out of 10.
    • Interesting the stat guys say 3 points and -3 goal difference is where it gets to 50/50 territory in terms of going to the last 32. If Scotland lose their last 2 at best they are on -1, play like they did yesterday and they could take a heavy loss.   However thinking about it positively get 4 points from the last 2 games and the group is won! Have heard a few saying Scotland should just park the bus next 2 games, but not sure they have the players to do it. From my perspective they could really do with a decent defensive midfielder to add balance, but not sure if they have one in the squad. They also need significantly more from Mctominay who I thought was poor, but understand he has been unwell.
    • Yup and they aren't all going to get them, some are going to miss out. Speaking of this, I met someone at RIP who went to RFP and his view was band wise it's value for money but it wasn't a festival itself he'd be rushing to return to. In fairness as well he probably liked more of the headliners there than me this year whereas I was more undercard and he wasn't returning.
    • Maybe Starmer's legacy will be a war with Russia.
    • How were GnR? Seen some videos and pictures and let's just say, the crowd to the sides at the front and in front of the sound tents were let's just say... Sparse compared to LB.
