Stooonami
Not to wish my life away... but I like a good plan and something to look forward to. So I'm wondering what everyones plans are for shifting the post-glasto blues? I've got the week after booked off..... so I was actually thinking maybe 3 nights in ibiza haha! Madyaker
I'm going to 4 other festivals in the following 3 months, seems a good solution to me!
HattersBoy
Am going to be on a serious come down having done IOW and Glasto one after the other. Two months to recover and then another festival end of August and then go on holiday for a complete break in October.

jimmyt
Straight back to work (on the Monday) so no time to get too down, keep reminding myself how lucky I am to have been and then start the countdowns to Latitude and Boomtown. Oh, and I have already got some bottles of cider with mulling bags and cider-brandy from the guys that run the cider bus so a couple of those on Monday evening. grumpyhack
It's amazing that we all need a holiday to get over having a holiday. My plan is another couple of completely different festivals (Steelhouse and Farmer Phil's) plus a family holiday. I couldn't just end on Glastonbury and be left hanging with no follow on plans. MEGABOWL
Going on holiday with the family. Chasing a 2-year-old I've missed terribly around the Lake District will clear the head.

I don't really see festivals as a holiday, they're really exhausting. Holidays are more of a relaxation thing for me.

4AssedMonkey
I'm off work for the week or so after an if the weather is good, we're considering going straight on to Newquay for a few days before coming back oop north. I'm sure a few days chilling out on Fistral Beach in the sun will help ease me back into normality.

pastorofmuppets
I'll just have to shift my attentions to Moseley Jazz Funk & Soul Festival, 2 weeks later De La Soul, George Clinton & P-Funk, Blackalicious, Booker T and Craig Charles, that'll do nicely

FloorFiller
Wrapping myself up in a blanket and putting on all the saddest episodes of TV shows I can find to cry the comedown away (the Futurama with Fry's dead dog sent me over the edge last year)

kaytee...
I booked Monday-Weds off work as it's also my birthday, in for two days then going to Lisbon for Nos Alive the following Tuesday for a week. Following that I'm going Lovebox. And I'll probably have free tickets for Leeds festival in August so gonna go there too. I won't let the post Glasto blues defeat me this time! Nick S
3 days off after the Festival, and then Canada, Ibiza, Lovebox & Garage Nation within 2 months. So plenty to look forward to to keep those blues away! I find the glasto blues really come on strong around Sept time....
TomViolence
Fortunately I have NOS Alive, Citadel, Courtney Barnett and TLSP to keep me going through July. Then back to being a miserable sod until ticket day!
