Did anyone go with the insurance? I thought you could (heaven forbid!) cancel your ticket and get a refund minus an admin fee anyways?

Will add that you do need to be seriously ill and not just have a throat infection for example. You also need proof from doctor's/ hospital for something like broken leg or something else that physically stops you from attending.
