Thanks! For me Friday looks especially good.

Anyone seen Bear's Den or Electric Swing Circus live? Recommend?

I've seen Electric Swing Circus 5 times now, I'd definitely recommend them. Bundles of energy & fun - makes you want to dance with jazz hands! :sarcastic:

Loving Electric Swing Circus. Not fussed about any of the main stage Sunday headliners we've got so far so I may well end up going to Avalon on Friday and Sunday night.

What time does the Avalon shut on the sunday? I can see my friends being on for Electric Swing Circus

Avalon Stage seem to have double booked a headliner for Sunday night. Both Idlewild and Electric Swing Circus think they are heading the lineup that day. Can anyone clarify at all?

Electric Swing Circus published their play-time, so I'm guessing they're the ones who are playing last.

'headlining' is a bit of a misnomer. It's who you think it is, not where they play. :)

5co77ie and Neil seem certain that ESC are after Idlewild. I think they may have seen or are privy to the stage times.

Also ESC tweeted they were last on at 22:45.

Ok, Thanks for that. In that case I'm now worried about an Idlewild/Jamie T clash :startle:

From what I've heard they are playing last! I'll try and find out for certain what time they are on!

    • Tonight was a disgrace. There wasn't *that* much rain, and it wasn’t *that* windy. A festival of this size should be able to withstand some adverse weather without it bringing the whole circus to a standstill. And if it is true that part of a speaker on the Revolut stage fell…   As for the communication - announcing Massive Attack were playing at 12:30 and then nothing for over an hour while people waited in the rain. It’s laughable it really is.   If I said I’ll never come back again I’d be lying. The shambles of Barcelona 2022 and the disgrace of Madrid 2023 didn’t stop me, so this probably won’t either.   This festival gets so much wrong, but it is always saved by having such killer line-ups. It’s just a shame it treats the fans/customers/consumers like animals. Compare it to somewhere like Glastonbury and it’s worlds apart.
    • Yeah, I admit that a small part of me felt relieved when they announced that MA are canceled.. But on the positive side- got to see Florence Road afterall, and they were great
    • Glad I could take the €3 bus to Playa Catalunya! Hope y'all warm and dry up.
    • Taxi mafia running their usual scam.
