Woffy
Did he say that with his big mouth? Nah it 'feels' likely more than anything. (I have no idea what I mean).

dentalplan
Nah it 'feels' likely more than anything. (I have no idea what I mean). Oh right. I dunno why any of this makes it more likely. They'd already announced European dates and I think everyone expected stadium shows.

Gnomicide
Never mind all that. I think we're missing the real important bit of info this has thrown up. Iggy Pop is touring and will be in the UK in June.
Gucci Piggy
Fucking annoying this. Don't wanna pay a shitload of money to see the same set I'll see a week later at Glastonbury. But at the same time don't wanna not buy tickets and then miss out on Glasto tickets. Why couldn't I have just got tickets in the normal sale and not have to worry like this? Reckon I'll go for it, though. Brother's asking me to and he can't do Glasto, and they're one of his favourite bands. Would be harsh to let him down. yellowsnow
They are in the UK the same week as Glastonbury, and I agree that they are getting a lot of BBC coverage just like Arcade Fire did around this time last year.
mrtourette
Foos get a lot of BBC coverage whenever their release/tour cycle is being ramped up. Thinking that this particular occasion is something special is a waste of time. Edited November 12, 2014 by mrtourette

Matt42
When quizzed about Glasto and Emily Eavis wanting them to play, Grohl replied: "She hasn't called me yet. The Foo Fighters haven't been there since 1998, and that's a fun festival." http://www.gigwise.com/news/96002/foo-fighters-announce-uk-tour-discuss-glasto-and-asking-royal-blood-to-support
Rose-Colored Boy
maybe Michael has then because those dates are way too much of a coincidence if they aren't playing Edited November 12, 2014 by Zac Quinn
Matt42
maybe Michael has then because those dates are way too much of a coincidence if they aren't playing It's not far off being confirmed in my eyes, but some users here would say i'm jumping the gun. This is clearly the easiest way to dodge the question or not give too much away. Instead of denying, say "Oh we really want to play". They're very likely to be already booked, sorry Tourette
