According to these tweets from randoms, psychedelic Krautrockers Toy and new blues/hip-hop/soul singer Rag'n'bone Man are both playing. Not reliable sources but entirely plausible that they'll be there. I've stuck them on the playlist.

Rag'n'bone Man is a decent addition, lets hope they are not talking shite!

Yeah I'm really digging Peace's new album so I was hoping they'd show up, particularly on the Other Stage. :)

Also...

http://www.808state.com/live/- Doesn't seem that the incarceration is stop 808 State from playing.

Out of interest, do people here tweet at smaller acts that are responsive to their fans asking if they're doing Glastonbury? We seem to get a lot of confirmations that way so it might work.

I sort of asked Pulled Apart By Horses the other day, they didn't respond but favourited the tweet. I did say how good they were last time so can't take too much from it.

They'd be wonderful. They're not even that weird (in Glastonbury terms) anymore so I reckon they'd fit well mid-JP or opening Other or something. I guess that is a problem when you ask acts as they'd probably favourite or say "hopefully" which is a bit vague with probably quite a lot of acts wanting to play the fest. Ah well, only around six more weeks...

    • I love this festival but Mordor has got worse and worse to the point now that I dread going there. 10 years ago there just weren’t as many people, as many bottlenecks and there wasnt the need to arrive early to have a decent spot.
    • Aren't they against touring?
    • If my memory serves me right, it was the other way round - when PS 2022 lineup was released it was already confirmed that she plays Barcelona in May.
    • Cheers! And yep looks identical to Green day's scheduling
    • Reading all the feedback with interest.  If there are now 75,000 tickets officially sold, plus who knows how many more people blagging in - then on the Friday evening and Saturday in particular, it's not ridiculous to suggest there's 50,000 people at Mordor, which is a stadium gig - except with much worse sight lines, an inferior PA, and far less bars and toilets. The Thursday evening in 2022 was of course infamous but on the Friday night for Beck I was trapped about 150m from the stage, surrounded by chatters, and with no prospect of getting nearer the stage.  With hindsight that was when I realised the fest had one way or another fundamentally changed.  Also noting on Reddit that some folk didn't enjoy the Cure or Gorillaz because the sets were "too long".  In future bands may be better received if they actually just play their top 10 Spotify songs then get back off the stage.
