Oliver James L'EROE ‏@LEROE24

... SHOOTING DAFT PUNK DURING 2013'S EUROPEAN SUMMER TOUR FESTIVALS (ROSKILDE, OYAFESTIVALEN, GLASTONBURY)... UNCONFIRMED...

the photographer who tweeted that originally is a complete no-mark - it's as good as worthless, I 100% guarantee.

(that doesn't mean that Daft Punk might not tour next year. But ignore anything that guy says, he knows nothing. It's very easy to work that out by searching on what he's done)

Yeah I did forget Glasto tends to do that. I'll go with the guy below then and say Plan B or Dizzee rascal to sub The Roses.

So more of a

The Stone Roses

Plan B

The Vaccines

Chase and Status

The Maccabees

Lady GaGa

FATM

Tinie Tempah

The Black Keys

Example

Bombay Bicycle Club (if big enough)

Radiohead/The Rolling Stones

Jack White

Mumford & Sons

Daft Punk/The Prodigy

Noah And The Whale

Two Door Cinema Club

I'd put my house on it not being that anyway.

It'll be something like:

Headliner

Surprising sub nobody expects which doesn't suit the headliner

Very strong contemporary third

Random fourth, who probably has nothing in common with the rest of the day

Pulp do not have enough material for a headline set. Maybe, 2nd top of the bill but they would not hold attention of a crowd for a headline. As much as Jarvis Cockers chat is immense, its not a good headliner.

Also Gaga would pull it off, but wouldnt like to see her headline.

    • Based on previous times that rules quite a lot out of early summer festivals into the August runs.
    • No dramas man, I just like to follow others journeys as well. Get the inspiration, give out inspiration and the outdoors is the clear the head place to do it. I'm heading out for a easy trail run today I think, 10k- 10 mile we'll see how we go. I've got a half marathon in October I'm well unprepared for hahs
    • The Cheap Thrills at Mountford Hall, Liverpool.    They've been around for a while and have built up a large local following. Last night was their biggest yet, at a sold out 2,200 capacity venue.    It was a big old joyous, indie singalong from start to finish, the band clearly having the time of their lives. The debut album is out next month and they seem to be going down well on the festival circuit, maybe their time has finally come.   2 supports, I unfortunately missed Credits but the few songs they have on Spotify sound good, Americana vibes. The other was M60, reportedly Gary Neville's favourite band. If that's true, he's as clueless about music as he is football. To be fair, their sound was poor, maybe with a clearer sound they'd have been better but it was pretty dull.
    • I can see them all merging along with the Tory’s . Restore curently couldn’t muster enough candidates to be a viable option . I lasted 4 mins and couldn’t watch any more . Lowe is just dull along with racist
