There should just be a limit to the time you have to come back that's all. You should have to come back at like 3pm to queue in my opinion. It's a little chaotic here at Wembley tonight. Signs all say everyone with GA can go to front standing areas, so people keep coming. Yellow keeps pointing at red. Red keeps pointing at yellow. They say it's full but no one has tracked the amount of stamps. Then someone could rock up at 8pm, just because they spared two mins at 9am. Not sure about it thats all. I fully accept your points re managing crowds and security though, that's exactly why they do the stamps

That’s sort of our plan. Get there early to get stamped, then wander and soak up the atmosphere, get food and drinks etc., then get back in plenty of time before doors open.

Is it the same queue for stamps and for entry? Or can you only join the queue for FS entry when you have a stamp? The latter would seem to make more sense, otherwise what’s the point in handing out the stamps in the first place?

Yeah they were letting stamps into the queue as they arrived. They told me it's full, it's full. But I hung around and as the doors opened, I sort of jibbed my way into the front standing queue and I'm now in with a front standing wristband. So the stamps can't be counted in any meaningful way.

I'd be surprised if they let you buy them sealed, in my experience they're supposed to open them for you at Wembley, so that you can't use them as a missile. I have been able to sweet talk bar staff into 'forgetting' in the past, at both Wembley and in the SE corner at Glastonbury.

Wembley fair enough (given you can't take your own booze in) but never understood why they insist on it at Glastonbury where anyone can walk around with their own unopened cans. Makes no sense for them to open them in the SE corner and thankfully a lot of the bar staff don't open them, which makes carrying a round of drinks a darn sight easier!

Going saturday standing but a bit confused by the process

If we show up at say 2pm and get a stamp, we are fine to then just drink eat around wembley and come back to the queue say 430pm (not bothered about very front barrier or 1st 10 rows!) Is the queue just for people who got stamped earlier in the day?

It has been pointed out that Madrid must be wrong - Bad Bunny is playing the same venue that night.

Not to say it's all bollocks... or it could be. Who knows?

Saw someone saying knebworth has never allowed/had a midweek gig

It's slightly isolated a good walk from stevenage and by a small village.

Makes no sense whatsoever...

Why not though? In Cardiff they were issuing wristbands from the morning and letting people go off to avoid large crowds/queues outside all day. Easier to manage from a security perspective. And as you said, those who want to get to the barrier have the option to continue queuing throughout the day. Seems a pointless exercise to me to make everyone wait around all day, clogging up space and holding down spots for people to cut the queue etc

The issue at Wembley was they were doing these silly stamps instead of wristbands from the off

Because it will eventually mean that 10,000 people turn up at 7am, get a band, before 9,000 of them go back to bed, miss the support acts and roll into their half empty front circle just in time for the headline artist... Fairly confident this is where it is headed if it becomes commonplace.

I do admit though, the fact that they're still allowing people to wait if they want, to get better positioning, does make it much better.

Just on train back home from Wembley, i thought Cardiff was it for me. Opening night of the tour, I was there, and I left thinking nothing would top it. But somehow, last minute I ended up at Wembley tonight solo, with a pre-party, exhibition, and merch package that cost a small fortune but, honestly, felt worth every penny.

The pre-party and exhibition were great, but the gig… I can’t quite put it into words. Twenty-five years ago, as a 13-year-old, my first ever gig was Oasis at Wembley on the Familiar to Millions tour. Tonight felt like closing a perfect loop, same band, same stadium, same feeling of “this is why I love live music.”

Compared to Cardiff, they were tighter, more polished, but still had that untouchable swagger. At times I just stood there, looking around, 80,000 voices roaring every word back at them. Magic.

Shout-out to the group behind me who saw I was on my own and brought me in, it turned an already incredible night into something unforgettable.

Loved seeing the mix in the crowd again too, teenagers next to parents, old-school fans shoulder-to-shoulder with first-timers. Everyone there for the same reason.

And, because it wouldn’t be an Oasis gig without it: on the way back at West Finchley, we saw one bloke holding his own against five lads. No idea what kicked it off, probably football, even though the season’s weeks away. Pure Oasis energy.

Not too sure what can top tonight!

2pm may be ok for a stamp. By 4pm security were saying no more stamps, no more space in front standing at both yellow and red. Security were giving bizarre stories about how there's already too many in the queue and they are going to have to turn away so many hundred already in the queue. Then they said only 300 get wristbands. It was bizarre but I guess a tactic to manage people who kept turning up. We hung around until 5pm, steady flow of stamped people arriving and being let into the queue. When the doors opened security sort of spread out and we walked in with a few people with stamps fairly easily after explaining our stamps must have been washed away. I expect later they were just letting more through tbh because there is no way they had counted how many stamps had been given out

The gig itself. Absolutely unbelievable, no words.

I definitely think there will be more shows next year, but apparently some of those venues are already booked for other artists on those dates.

Saw them Saturday. Saw them again tonight after nabbing some last minute. Ended up in the golden circle tonight. It's hard to articulate just how utterly, euphorically brilliant both these shows were. Simply the best shows I've ever had the privilege of going to. I'm not sure anything will beat as long I live

I mean timing wise, it is pretty much perfect.

Hype and FOMO are never going to be higher.

Looks pretty legit, but:

1. Font for Oasis looks a bit off.
2. 10am Friday ticket release seems unlikely given it was a Saturday last time and went on all day.
3. Support acts pencilled in this early is unlikely.
4. Think we’re a tad early on the timing side. Think they will finish the first leg of UK shows at least.
5. These sorts of fake posters are much easier to muster up these days thanks to AI.

We won’t have long to wait and see though!

6. The "Glastonbury poster rule" that anyone who's taking a photo of a computer/phone screen is almost always doing so to try and make their fake look more legit as it'd usually be easier and better quality just to copy/send the actual file.

Going on Saturday... would like to be in first 10 rows ideally (don't need barrier!).  I'm already got a front standing ticket.  Any idea/suggestions on the sort of time to join the queue to be roughly in first 10 rows?  Was thinking 2pm.

Also... I've got the premium front standing package, which comes with some sort of exclusive memorabilia which has to be picked up once I go in the stadium... has anyone else on here had this package?  Can I collect the stuff after the gig, rather than picking it up when I go in and losing out on a better standing spot?!

Logging in for the first time in a long time to say just how absolutely euphoric last night's gig was. If you can get a ticket for this run of shows, please, please do. You will not regret a single penny.

We turned up at Wembley around 3pm and wandered up to the Front Standing queue (clearly signposted as either yellow or red) at 3.20. At that point they were dishing out stamps at our queue, but by 4pm all was closed off. Whether there was still space at the other queue I'm not sure. I suspect you can leave with your stamp and return, but I wouldn't recommend returning any time after 3.30 just to be safe.

Found ourselves a superb view from the rear of the front standing area, by the VIP tent (Johnny Marr, Tom Grennan, Miles Kane and Joe Cole hidden under a bucket hat in attendance). The crowd were sensational throughout. Yes, a bit of beer thrown here or there, but I was genuinely nervous about the crowd being high on the w*nker scale (I have a tendency to get anxious in raucous crowds) but I needn't have been - everyone was here for a great time and all genuinely emotional to be sharing the moment with those around them. We sang with strangers, danced with Dads (and Mums) with their families and 80,000 people sang almost every word.

The band themselves were brilliant, they fed off the crowd's energy and the gig was everything I hoped for and more (as a 30 something who never saw them in the 90s), but the lasting impression is what an exhilarating event the entire day was. I don't think I've ever been part of such an outpouring of nostalgic euphoria, and I'm not sure I ever will.

I really hope these rumours of gigs in 2026 are true, not so that I can get a ticket (though I will be trying!) but so that everyone who wants to can experience what we experienced last night. Biblical.

Btw for those asking, we absolutely could have got ourselves a spot in the first 10 or so rows at the time we got into the standing area, we just valued the extra space towards the back of the section and were delighted with our choices.
