They'd still sell the same tour out again comfortably, but for the "one gig a year" crowd there won't be a huge uptake round two for £165 a ticket.

They're a two album band who played most people's dream setlist. If I was them, I'd leave it as it is. Everyone seemed to win.

They were unbelievable on Tuesday. Think that's the 10th Oasis gig I've been to and it was definitely the best. Killer setlist.

I might be tempted if they announce some gigs in Europe next year. I definitely think they will play some gigs in the UK before the end of the tour as well but Knebworth wouldn't be my choice.

yay, all the resellers have the same chance. good job.

Bit harsh! Think it was for my benefit. Three people brought it to my attention, one of which was the post on here.

It's a good job, because I saw nothing official - dunno if I'm not signed up to the right stuff or what.

It's a glimmer of hope, at least. Hopefully manage to get one code. If I end up in one of the three gigs I'm there for at this point I'll be happy.

Anyone know when they're likely to send those U.S production hold codes, and do the sale?

I wasn't involved in that stuff for the gigs here, so no idea.

Fly out next week and torn whether to play inflated prices or not

So are people flying to the states just for Oasis?

I go over yearly anyway - have friends in NY but yeah, the timing of the trip is focused around three of their gigs; didn't anticipate I'd have no tickets for any of them, though.

I know a good few flying over purely for Oasis.

I hope you get some buy I'm not sure why people would go there for it, the atmosphere won't be anywhere near here. A lot of people that have bought tickets for it actually over there will know barely any words because they never hit there, it's just jump on tbe bandwagon. Even at Wembley, we had a few people next to us that were very clearly from far overseas and likely jumped on it because they were here, barely sang a word. Same happened with Blur and The Roses over there unless you were very close, no one cares. Talking of Blur though, did make me laugh when Damon criticised the Coachella crowd for not signing or caring last time....what did he expect?, they didn't care in 2013 either, there was very little who had even heard of them and that'snot listened to, just heard the name. And The Stone Roses was a complete who are they lol. Luckily it was great down the front and Ian sounded the best I've heard him....downside was a shorter set and putting bloody Fools Gold in there taking up time which I don't like anyway haha

Yeah I didn't organise the trip thinking it would be raucous - I've been to plenty of gigs out there, I know the score. I have mates going Argentina - I'd have gone with them if I wanted that.

I haven't had chance to get back over there for 2 years, due to other stuff I have going on, so was a no brainer for me to link the two.

Also getting to see Chicago for the first time, which I'm happy about.

Also stumbled upon a festival in Chicago with Jamie XX playing the one night I can go to, that was a stroke of luck. Pure coincidence.

Chicago's an awesome city. Much more fun than New York I thought. Although saying that I haven't been to either for well over 10 years.

Had probably my best ever birthday in Chicago

You don't have to prove anyone wrong, the proof is there. It's been seen before and will be again. American audiences are usually dead when they are bothered, let alone when not lol.
