Profiles are locked again so can't check the exact times, but there are a few! Starting around 8/9 if I remember right. I'm booked on the 11am this year but have left as late as ~2pm in the past.

I've seen the more desirable ones fill in the past, but never particularly quickly. Wouldn't hang about but also wouldn't stress too much over it!

Last year Oxfam seemed to hold any returned Glastonbury spots and release in a batch - possibly after the resale worth checking and after the deadline for cancellations ( end April) so early May.

Yep, can't remember the exact date (anyone who wants it can probably dig up last years thread and find it), but it felt like it happened really late on compared to previous years - by that point you even had people giving up hope and concluding that a release of cancelled places wasn't going to happen.

 

Then suddenly and without warning, lots of people got sorted all at once.

It was during an England game, I remember laughing at the clearly deliberate timing. That was for the final final unannounced drop anyway.

 

2nd May was for the post resale announced release

Werent they tied to a volunteering place at Wilderness or Shambala or something? If you did one, you got a glasto place as well - i'm sure i half remember something like that 😄

Yep there was a 241 deal with Shindig festival. Two of my friends did it!

Yes I got the book Shindig and get Priority for the re-release of Glastonbury places at beginning of May. Remainder went up a week later I think?

They pop up sporadically at other times too. On 2023 a lovely forumite snagged a place for me a couple of weeks before the festival.
