Stick. Means I can watch Biffy, Deftones, Chappell & O Rod.

After this summer/brat it’s gonna be packed so need something bit to take punters away. Surprised they’ve not got Charli & Olivia as 2 of the headliners tbh.

This is why I can see a little chance of Charli and Olivia clashing. I think two females would happen if it was like a Bonfide rather than a new again. They won't take the chance of SZA again even if the odds do seem different.

Find it a bit strange they’d go for 75 over him if I’m being honest. He seems more relevant right now.

The festival want him clearly for a future headliner spot as they think he's got the longevity or he's the easy option with Fred pulling.

I think it's going to be The 1975, Olivia and Neil. The only way I see Fender is if 1975 had to pull

I’ve been silently observing from the wings and this love in for a band that are best described as a rock parody act is frankly sickening.

the lead singer is a full blown prat that grew up in privilege and now wants to come across as some working class rebel when in actual fact he’s just weird

Not saying I disagree, but he's not that privileged is he?  His mum is a loose woman and his dad's most recent significant acting role was playing a transvestite in Benidorm.  Are they THAT wealthy?

Won’t hear anything against his dad, he was Dennis in Auf Weidersehen Pet, the greatest tv series ever made😉😊.
As for the Benidorm thing, his father  was also a drag act. Not a lotta people know that.

Nothing negative about Tim from me... I was quite fond of Lesley, the roller skating transvestite in Benidorm haha.

Sold out but took months, whereas Sab Carp was adding extra shows when folk were still in enormous queues for the initial batch.

charli announced her tour without the album being out. It sold how it sold at the beginning. Those warm up shows and then the album release did the trick and people  started to buy tickets. Also, youre forgetting the core audience ( queer ). Madonna and Beyonce aside, they do not buy sh*t in advance unless you really have to. Sabrina had multiple #1 singles before the current tour even announced one date. Theyre succeeding in different ways. Sold out is sold out. sh*t, Dua had the same deal where her shows took a while to sell out despite having such huge songs. And she sold out 2 nights at Wembley  now.

    • Lovely Brexit doc on bbc2 for anyone who wants to relive those golden years.
    • I think some folks are underestimating how many millennials, now into heavier music, were genuinely also into things like techno and happy hardcore in the 90s and early 00s. Scooter may be about is commercialized as it gets when it comes to happy hardcore and techno, but for many, they won't be just a 'silly act' they will be a genuine nostalgia act.
    • Can anyone share please as can’t access the app
    • Someone said something along the lines of "the lows were really low but they highs were really high" and I think that sentence sums up my ps experience this year. Thursday was a downer (even though I got to see men I trust, geese, oklou and fcukers), but the weather, the missed shows and the uncertainty (those comms...) made it a bad day. Friday and Saturday on the other hand where rly good, a bunch of amazing shows each day (The Cure one was quite something), that surprise on Saturday...   Will be back next year, hope they get another impressive lineup as this year (quality and quantity wise) and that tickets and  primarily hotels don't get much more expensive.
    • Rosalia Radiohead NIN MGMT Bjork David Byrne   Also Vince Staples' new album is cool. I could see him returning.
