Is Andy Bell from Erasure always referred to as "Andy Bell from Erasure" or is he just "Andy Bell", because he's more famous?

You’d think the Oasis connection would push Ride Bell up the pecking order. Maybe that’s why he joined them.

He'd be shambling after you - as he's always done - whilst you danced round the festival like a dingledodie, mad to live, mad to love, mad to miss out on the Secret Set at the Park, desirous of everything on Clashfinder, desirous of every act, on every stage at the same time, as you burn, burn, burn like a fabulous yellow roman candle exploding above the Pyramid Stage like spiders across the stars and in the middle you see the blue centrelight and everybody goes "oh, not fucking Chris Martin again"

A little aside: I found out, many years ago, that Carolyn Cassidy ended up living (and ended her days) in Bracknell, Berkshire (of all places). I managed to write to her - via her son IIRC, who's a musician - and she emailed back a few times. She was very no nonsense but funny. She sent me a signed copy of her book, Off the Road. I never knew that she ended up in England. I'll add Off the Road to my reading list - On the Road is on my favourite books ever list.

I chatted with Lauren at The Park in 2017 when she was getting ready to introduce Elbow as the (not so) Secret Set - as you say, a lovely lady not at all phased by some random bloke interrupting as she was trying to work. Hugh Jass
Walking around with Lawrence Fox and watching him get angrier and angrier at the sight of people enjoying themselves would be fun for about an hour... then I'd just ditch him and go do something else.
