Boris has chosen his mate over the safety and health of the whole country here.

He will have to go along with Cummings after this now.I really hope the papers have more on Cummings.

Apparently it's responsible when you have the virus to travel over 250 miles to go to your family, when you already have family near your primary residence. Fucking hell, I've never seen a UK government show such disregard for the public.

Part of the problems with these briefings is each remember of the media tries to ask too many questions and they are too long so Boris gets a chance to answer the part of the one he wants to answer and can talk around them. Just asking "do you know if Cummings went to Barnards.caste, yes or no" would do, leave it at that. Keep the question simple, dont allow him a way out of the specific question being asked

I'm thinking the same. We can do very little this far out from an election.

Without any hyperbole our only hope here is Keir Starmer.

yep, pretty much fuck all you can do.

Johnson can get away with all this as he has a nice comfy majority, something that Cummings helped him to get.

    • I don't know if they were playing the game of only putting certain seats on sale, but the presale for the Hydro was a battle - usual game of selecting blue seats only for them to have gone by the time you clicked through to checkout.  No standing available at all.  I managed to get two seats eventually, way over to the side.
    • Thom Yorke will be releasing new music this year. Would be amazing to have him (his 2019 Tomorrow's Boxes tour was stellar). Ed O Brien can also play a small set. Could be lovely.   Can see Fontaines DC headlining next year (if Mad Cool doesn't get them). Is Raye edgy enough for this? She's amazing live but maybe not a 'Primavera name'?   Hoping for a return of Run The Jewels (rumored to be working on something new?) Fred Again is a good shout as wel.
    • Other than the very challenging hours of the storm (and PS's terrible mismanagement), I thought weekend was fantastic. Main highlights on Thursday - Blood Orange and Ahadadream>>Bambi>>BenUFO run at Plentitude right after the storm which were all a blast, Friday -  Avalanches DJ set (only played for an hour but could've continued for another two as far as we were concerned), The Cure (amazing show and his expression right at the end of the show which was caught on screen was very special) and on Saturday - Baxter Dury (seen him twice before but he has become a real performer, band was tight too). We accidentelly bumped into him in the VIP area later and he was so humble and modest and generous to us that I completely fell for him) and Smerz (especially the last 3 songs). Also loved BCNR at Parallel62 on Sunday. Crushed to have missed Overmono. Can't wait for next year.
    • well, the attack was in a republican area...
    • huge interpol fan here and saw them a lot but cannot recall they did Primavera Barca the last 3 years?
