Hope you're both right. Might actually, and willingly, check comments on the Mail website 😂

Do it!

I didn't watch but I do see what I expected to see on here

Serious question - what will that look like through the lens of the majority? Will it be a car crash or will it just reinforce "well if they can do it so can I" (against all logic and common sense)

It’s annoying nobody asked that as his kid needed a toilet stop on the way back from Barnard Castle did he not need one on an over four hour drive?

He'd probably just say he couldn't remember, like he can't remember if he stopped to refuel or not.  How can you not remember 😆

The Secret Barrister
@BarristerSecret
Given that Mary was supposed to be self-isolating at the time the child was taken to hospital, why did she go with him, instead of the niece whom you’ve moved next to specifically for this very purpose?

Tht was great commentary guys didn’t even watch it! Today my local hospital has closed its doors as they cannot take any more patients! Nearest hospital is 40 miles away in either direction! And the numbers of people visiting us at the seaside is the highest it’s been!

yep Weston was mentioned on here earlier .... hope that eases soon .... keep clear of those crowds as much as you can x

I also feel like it's quite obvious he didn't put out this detailed statement earlier because he didn't have his story straight.

It's clearly taken a few days to formulate this eyesight nonsense.

I'm glad this has turned into the disaster I was hoping for.

Me too! He was terrible. There will definitely be some in a rush to defend him but it didn't make me any more sympathetic. None of it makes sense. And he showed no remorse and said he didn't even consider resigning. He is toxic to this government now and he needs to go.

    • First time for me, really enjoyed it. Nice venue, nice weather, good vibes, etc.   Notes on performances: CMAT's a great performer - seen her live twice now.  GANS are my favourite new act since Big Special, and live they're fantastic. Fellow Brummies too, so I'm all about that. The album's a bit disappointing though. Primal Scream were great, although I felt the crowd seemed a bit muted. The Libertines sounded knackered. Not sure they're suited to a festival. First time seeing The Royston Club, thought they were very good - the tent seemed to be full of kids on each others shoulders singing along. I'm all about that. First time seeing the K's, a bit disappointed. Didn't like his voice, and I felt like every song sounded the same as the last one. Sarajevo is a good tune, though. It still sounds like all the others, just a bit better.  The Maccabees and Two Door Cinema club were a but underwhelming, but Pelican by the Maccabees is a banger. It all sounded a bit Travis/Early Coldplay to me though. The Wombats took me by surprise - I expected 1 1/2 hours of 'Let's Dance to Joy Division' style indie-landfill, so I was surprised to hear that some of the rest of their stuff had dynamics and range. I still don't think they're any good, but I can't say they didn't surprise me either. Just not my thing.   Surprise of the weekend for me was Rizzle Kicks. Never listened to them before, but they got me out of my tent and into the arena as I was trying to nurse a hangover and I thought it was a blast.    Will probably go next year too.
    • Not really anything to say other than the fact I'm down at Opeth and this has been a cracking summer by and large here. Few duds, plenty of sellouts, strong weather, and the craft beer is cheaper than the regular bar. Winner winner, chicken dinner!
    • Pink Floyd night on sky arts time for me  to wallow in nostalgia and remember some incredible gigs
