If you go down a few tweets on their page, Richard Reed Parry is doing solo shows over the weekend so that can be ruled out. Also Foals are doing that secret set.

There have been about fifty confirmations of that so far. It could all be that thing where people just parrot one initial bogus rumour to come across as knowledgeable but with Foals’ tour dates, you’d think that one is legit.

Someone has messaged @secretglasto on Twitter claiming the early Saturday park slot is Vampire Weekend. 

 

Not sure on the truth of it, but thought I’d share.

Not sure! They’re huge now though. On one hand I think they’re too big for this but I guess Radiohead did it in 2011. Foals seem nailed on though.

Just been told at the wateraid briefing that on Thursday the extinction rebellion procession is starting at the park and will have performers and acts. Could be a good shout for Thom Yorke?

No idea if this has been mentioned before at all but in HMV Newcastle they had a stand dedicated to Glastonbury with Foals right at the top. Sorry if its already been mentioned but thought I'd share
