Just announced a tour starting Tuesday after Glastonbury. Surely got to be a chance?

It would just add to the Sunday headliner clashes but they'd be great closing The Park stage.

Loved the bit from their 2015 set when loads of people whre invited on stage during The Boy With The Arab Strap...someone started to take a selfie and Stuart chastised them “Put your phone down, live in the moment - look where you are!” or something like that...

I got to the front just as security were stopping people from going up. Probably for the best in retrospect, I'm not sure 20,000 people and a watching tv audience could have coped with my terrible attempts at dancing. I'd have probably gotten up there and just froze.

Yes please. One of the bands on my 'Never seen' list. Agree that they would add to a clash headache though.

Loved their set on the Other Stage last time.

I went only really knowing the "hits" and having never seen them before.   Had an absolute blast. 

In fact, it was one of my favourite Glastonbury days.  They were on straight after Future Islands and we followed it up with ace sets from FKA Twigs and The Chemical Brothers.   It was Patti Smith day as well!

Again, I'm still on the hunt for a Friday night headliner. The YYY's dream appears to be dead so this could be a nice replacement.

I got on the stage last year when they played in Liverpool great experience even with terrible dancing

Was just coming on here to post about this as got the e-mail through with the dates.

Band I have seen loads and love but was going to pass on seeing them on the dates just announced as I wouldn't be long back from Glastonbury so fingers crossed they do play.  Wouldn't want Sunday night headliner as that would clash with the Cure

Was lucky to get tickets on the day for 15 pounds for their Cardiff show last year, have got into them ten times more now so would love to see them again

Don’t really know much about them to be honest, have given Currents a go but it doesn’t do too much for me. That said I’ve seen people say on here how good they are live so they’re a maybe.

Lonerism is their best work, first album’s great too. Currents is a very different beast to those two. 

Also, another thumbs up for B&S being about.

I do plan to give them a listen in the build up to the festival so will give Lonerism a go.

6 music played them two days ago and I immediately thought they’d be playing.

I was so close to getting on stage with them in 2015, right at the front and they just called people up but the steward/security bloke was shoving people back down. Literally the only dude doing it, must've had his earplugs in too hard and didn't get the memo.

Just assumed that these were just warm-up for their cruise ship misadventure, but the timelines don't stack up. So I guess they're in the mix and Park headliners does seem like an obvious place

Last two times I've seen them I've brought a child along in utero. My wife isn't coming this year and I don't think I could handle a third child anyway so maybe wise if they don't turn up.
