Aye no mention of the summer, and no Fee Good Hit of The Summer of Lost Art Of Keeping a Secret! But a nicely balanced setlist with some lovely deep cuts from earlier albums I didn't think I'd hear. 

Had never caught QOTSA live before tonight so I was delighted with it, fantastic gig.

I wouldn’t count on it, her tour stage is quite elaborate with two catwalks. She seems like the sort of act who wouldn’t perform without the full production. Not to mention she’s notorious for religiously sticking to the album she’s touring in her setlists with few previous singles sticking. Can’t see that going down well at a festival.

Plus going by every other headliner and the age restrictions they have in place, it's not really Taylor Swift's event.

I think if they were doing London and one other then - as Neil alludes to - Manchester is a safer bet for sales than a Scottish date instead of Manchester.

TBH she would have been perfect for the new V, but agreed she doesnt feel like a festival artist so i think the only possibility would have been a random glasto set like Adele did

The Prodigy just got announced for a festival in France over the 2nd weekend. Liam Gallagher is also playing it.

Does this rule Foo Fighters out or could they do any day of the 1st weekend leaving the Sunday open? Very, very poor lineup there.

It’s baffling so far. I paid a deposit last year for a three day ticket and now it’s a five day festival, with two awful (for me) headliners announced and I still don’t know my options.

That’s beyond shite. They’ve had a look at the crap that’s played T over the years and thrown together  all the shite of the day. Prem Inn booked for that day about to be cancelled. Stereophonics a headliner..jesus wept

The deposit is a guarantee to all days
