You could request halloumi with it, otherwise it was vegan and gluten free, and completely delicious. ( Halloumi sold out before the end of the the festival.) Seemed to recall Billy Bragg namechecking them on one of his Leftfield appearances.

jyoung
Just flicked through this and I'll most likely just explore and keep my eyes peeled for things that float my boat... That said, does anyone have any 'must try / omg food porn' vegan or dairy free recommendations?

buddiepaul
Just found a pic of one of my favourites from last year - when it was wet and cold, crumble and custard went down a treat. In fact I think it will go down a treat too in the sunshine next week.
Losing my hair
Can you remember where that was? Crumble & custard I'm excited already.

buddiepaul
It is at the side of the Acoustic Stage, and the cakes are excellent! Edited June 17, 2017 by buddiepaul
Untz
I can't wait to sweat out toxins by eating crumble and custard while drinking herbal tea in high-20 degree heat. Who needs saunas? Edited June 17, 2017 by Untz
Brave Sir Robin
Voodoo Rays (pizza, Block 9) just told me on Twitter that they won't be there this year as their van isn't available. Although, I don't imagine there are too many hungry people in Block 9...

mandana
I could have sworn I had the breakfast box from Big Fat Salad at glasto last year but my other half said I am getting my festivals mixed up - anyone know if they are there at all? Have tried to search but not found anything in the forums
Jsmooth
Best thing I had last year was an ostrich burger, I hope they'll be back.
Skoo
Does anyone know of a place onsite where you can get really good chip-shop chips? I know it's not particularly adventurous, but it's what I often crave and I'm yet to find a really decent fish and chop shop style chip anywhere - they're always a little bit on the hard side. I like em nice and big and soft! With a few crunchy ones in there to keep it interesting.
Lucy92
I went to an amazing curry place by west holts last year in this little tent thing but can't remember what it was called (something makes me want to say ghandis flip flop but not sure that's it) does anyone know which one I mean? And is it back this year?

Slugworth
BurgerBear are in Block 9. Apparently one of the best burgers in London. I will be checking them out for sure. I've never had a proper burger at a festival.
