The threatening cloud has now passed over during the night, whether anything fell I don't know, but clear skies again now.

Fingers crossed that it stays that way, current predictions of some overnight rain tonight might not be best for those queuing.

I suspect that this year we might see more people deciding to arrive later than the usual early doors rush, we'll see.

Just woke up. Live 15 mins from site and it's a lovely sunny morning. Bit of cloud but bright. No wet on the floor outside. Did we get any rain over night round here?

BBC weather app still painting a pretty promising picture.

Might be a couple of wee sprinklings, but hopefully won't be too much of a setback for the big dry out.

I'm expecting that by this evening we should have beautiful scenes on the farm.  Looks like zero chance of rain and very little cloud from now til sundown.  That June sun is blazing, bullets dodged.

Happened to flick the TV on this morning and it was still on ITV, the weather guy on there said it's going to be the best day of the week today, perfect for drying the ground out!

Yep, unless the forecast takes a massive turn to constantly pissing it down all weekend I think my walking boots will thankfully be making their Worthy Farm premier this year. So glad - fuck wellies

Carol Kirkwood just gave the detail through to Thursday.

Almost certainly get some showers overnight tonight, and then the humid air brings the storms in to the east of the country.

They shouldn't come as far west as us, but they can't rule it out entirely.

Then sunny and showers for the weekend.

No reports saying nothing more than the odd shower. These may hit they may not. No one reporting anything heavy at all through the week. I predict clear grounds by Thursday

I feel my mad dash to buy wellies on Sunday may of somehow appeased the weather gods, despite having new wellies the prospect of not wearing them is cheering me up greatly!
