What else have they got to do? It's not as if anyone is packing out an arena. I'm expecting a bit more than BBC Introducing. Maybe not "A Grade", but probably a little better than you seem to be suggesting.

Maybe I was a bit harsh there, maybe festival regulars but it certainly won't be Taylor Swift. I'll eat my left sock if it is.

It can't see it being anyone big, they're trying to keep people away from the farm, if it was a big act on the first day, loads of people are going to be turning up on the other days expecting a glimpse of Taylor Swift.

That and the fact it's for iPlayer.

From my understanding, what they are doing on the farm is not for the iPlayer - it's for the BBC Two programs at 8pm Fri, Sat & Sun, see here.

The 'secret' sets on iPlayer are just unannounced recordings of previous sets. I think 2 are headlines sets (Thu & Mon) as the gaps are 1 hour 30 mins and the Sunday gap is 60 mins, so that is probably a Sunday Legends set.

So a big acts back on the cards, thanks Duke.

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
