Going off this old pic

I'd say it's taking the place of that yellow and red tent.  I think that's where the silent disco was, and if that's not there this year, could it be the wellness/wormhole place?

Yeah there is, it's called the Park Bar and is lovely little bar with a bit of seating which is handy when having food with your pint

Good find!  I think you're right.  From a quick study of the map it seems to be next to the medical centre and lockup at the bottom of Oxlyers by the railway line.
