What's the yellow and blue tent in The Park?

I'd say it's taking the place of that yellow and red tent.  I think that's where the silent disco was, and if that's not there this year, could it be the wellness/wormhole place?

I thought The Stonebridge was the bar?  There's another bar in The Park that has completely passed me by?

Need to rectify that this year.

Yeah there is, it's called the Park Bar and is lovely little bar with a bit of seating which is handy when having food with your pint :)

Must be 2015 or earlier as Flagtopia is still there...

Great shot...

So this colourful tent opposite the Greenpeace field is new bar.

The Open Arms
Located just off the main drag opposite the Greenpeace field The Open Arms is the Festival’s newest live music venue. As well as a bar offering cocktails and ales there will be coffee and mocktails for those wanting to stay focused. If you or your band would rather be on stage than off it, drop in and ask for the stage manager.

    • I was hoping that they would just do a tour like they were set to in 2020, rather than having Download as their UK appearance. If they are at DL, I would be surprised to see them headline. I think they sub under Deftones or SOAD
    • well, we might know by the end of next month if they drop the lineup early again
    • I'm definitely not camping 🙂.  My 17 year old Daughter and her friends are there 3 days and commuting back to Sheffield each day as didn't want to camp .  I am taking and picking up the Saturday so thought I may as well get a ticket as love Fontaines DC - need to do a lot of research on the other acts though to fill my day.    I walked through the camp site other year the day Arctic Monkeys played and it was like a War Zone.  My Son has camped a couple of times but didn't fancy my Daughter staying over.
    • Not at all impressed with Polanski saying "noone should be barred from public life" wrt the Tory neo-nazi. I really don't think "no nazis in politics" should be an excessive standard.
