Was it not a bit of a piss take?

The BBC machine will be kicking Glasto promotion into overdrive soon, probably after big weekend

My wife said although she liked getting rid of me for a week each year the media coverage of the festival was so much that was sick of it. Made me think about how much we don't hear about because we are there.............

If I couldn't get a ticket I think I'd have to leave the country. I don't think I could handle the coverage.

I had to miss out last year due to my sister getting married that weekend (So selfish of her! ; ) ). I was devastated that all my mates would be down there and i wouldn't. What made things worse was in May i started seeing this girl i really liked who was heading to Australia in October so we only had abit of time to hang out together before we went our seperate ways. Typically she had a ticket for her first ever Glastonbury and it just had to be the year i wasn't going didn't it! I tried to avoid any coverage whatsoever over that weekend as i was gutted not to be down there with her but wether it be papers, t.v., radio or the internet... i just kept getting slapped in the face with Glastonbury coverage : ( ...To be fair however, the wedding was top draw and me and the girl went to both Arcade Fire and The Libertines at Hyde Park a week later. We still keep in touch and shes the one whos now gutted she wont be at the festival this year although i get the feeling she'll find it a tad easier to avoid blanket coverage all the way out in Sydney!

Personally I think that it's gone beyond the second release poster , with the Avalon order of play out surely the next ones gonna be times and stages?

We're 3 days from when they announced the day splits and running order last year so I think they'll release both at the same time at some point this week.

The updated poster for the traditionalists then beneath that the day splits and running order.

We're much closer to the full line up than we are to the full poster, by last year's standards. I think their opportunity to do a full second poster was when they announced The Who/Weller, and they chose not to. The updated version of that poster is our second poster this year.

The programme has gone into production, and the stage splits and times are now in stone. I think the question now is not what kind of line up announcement we'll get, but whether HQ will let the smaller stages announce by themselves ahead of the big beast.

Haven't some of these smaller ones been teasing that their line up was about to be announced for ages now? Could it be because they're doing it with the big announcement and they're waiting on the go-ahead from Glastonbury central?

IT'S IMMINENT.

Just an instinct, but in the last couple of minutes, they've made a change from '2015 Line-Up' to 'Glastonbury 2015 Line-Up'. That's not a behind-the-scenes change, and it could be to usher in a much more exhaustive listing.

I think it's coming today, and I think it's very soon.

King Crawler, that Massive Attack gig with Young Fathers in Glasgow has been confirmed this morning, Sat Nov 7th

Don't know if they are playing any other dates I am unfortunately in work without the time to research

Ah good stuff, glad that's been sorted out as the whole thing was a bit strange. Can't see anything about other dates yet.
