yup :good:

my optimism will only fail 3 days before the festival when the Nal confirms we're definitely all fucked.

I'll remain optimistic until I see Nal working his way past West Holts in a kayak.

My other favourite thing about this thread is how it reminds me of the glory days of the Headliners 2015 thread.

That would have been 200 pages shorter if you took out all the posts saying "We're x amount of pages in and we still no nothing". This one would be 20 pages shorter if you took out all the posts saying "it's no good reading anything into forcasts at this point, it's way to far off".

In short, we're 51 pages into this thread and until Dave Grohl tells us if it's raining, there's no point paying any attention to it.

This. 1000x. This.

Stay positive or stay neggy. It doesn't matter. None of the forecasts matter. Until about next Sunday ofc. Then permission is granted to shit yourself

Heres a vid of me trying to get to the juice stall for some brekkie in 05. The gaiters didn't help at all!

It'll be worse this year.

In Somerset on holiday since Saturday and the weather has been glorious. Took the trip to Glastonbury today and up the Tor and bar a bit of wind it is perfect festival weather. Saying that I take good weather everywhere and had pretty awesome weather whenever I have been Glastonbury which may not bode well as I am not attending...

It looks like this year is a pray the jetstream behaves year... I suppose it always is to some extent but that's the game this time

Currently most of the ensemble members are going for high pressure, the op run and 2/20 members go for a low sweeping across but none with a rain signal anything like this friday

Only 70odd runs to go!

Really ? I could never tell! :) it's all Dutch to me

the HUGE spike down the bottom is the forecast rain/precipitation for this Friday (about 25mm based on the numbers on the right, which is about half of what we got last year). The bumpy patch at the end is the festival. It compares pretty favourably.

    • Don Broco secret set.
    • Regarding PinkPantheress: I watched the ending of The Cure from the back and then bolted straight to Cupra to save spots on the steps for my entire festival crew. Thus, we all had a good experience there. Sucks that not everybody got to properly see it, but it felt like something out of Glastonbury where those who showed up long in advance got to see a big artist on a smaller stage in good conditions.
