Bisque
I don't get why we are discussing why tickets in London are more expensive. EVERYTHING in London is more expensive. Bar nothing. You can get some cheap deals around Soho way. Edited November 15, 2014 by Couchy

mrtourette
Showing my age here, but I saw them in 1997 at Brixton Academy and it was £14. And they only played the first 2 albums/b-sides. Incredible that its now pushing on for a ton and I'd have to listen to all the MOR crud they've been churning out since then. You're surprised that a Wembley stadium show in 2015 is more expensive than a Brixton show in 1997?
Rose-Colored Boy
Won't be surprised if taylor swift is linked to that Foo fighters and taylor swift headlining big weekend, take a punt that Foos and taylor will be at glasto too, is that a problem for Glasto? why would it be? glasto is sold out. ps Foos headlined in 2011 as well as 2005 so I wouldn't say they're nailed on at all. midnight
So how difficult will it be to book a ticket, anyone got an inkling, or previous experience (I just need 1, for Saturday at Wembley, but my internet connection is notoriously unlucky )? I have a vague re-collection that they sold out really quickly last time they toured, and it wasn't exactly cheap back then. Bisque
You are scarily knowledgable. Thank god I've never gone there but I am going through a rough time after a break up so I have investigated. Not going to happen :-)
justanothername
Meh. Foo Fighters would be alright for the handful of tracks I like. However from what they have said about not getting a call from Eavis - they won't be headlining Do we have to mention Kasabian again? Bisque
Are you still managing to avoid her? Yup. Its slowly getting better but there's those times when I get a real sinking feeling when something reminds me of what used to be.
