Looks like King Creosote's drummer's daughter (stay with me) has just revealed he's playing:

MY DAD IS PLAYING GLASTONBURY THIS YEAR HOLY SHITBALLS

If you're watching Hogmanay Live 2014 you will be able to see my dad play with King Creosote!!

Also, King Creosote played the Royal Concert Hall on 22 Jan and the next day:

actually can't believe my dad has played to a sold out glasgow concert hall woah

King Creosote's drummer is called Andy Robinson.

One for the Park I imagine.

I've added him to the Glastonbury 2015 playlist.

Bristol-based gravelly voiced bluesman John Fairhurst playing the Glade and Shrangri Hell. Not clear if it's with his band or his new 'electro blues' project with DJ Sterling Moss aka Reverend Rockwell.

Added to the Glastonbury 2015 playlist.

Cheers, will note that one.

Spector think they're playing Glastonbury. https://twitter.com/Spector/status/562699250350710784

Self confirmations were definitely coming in thick and fast this time last year. Dunno what's changed.

If i'm honest, i'm struggling to predict most of the bill. Either everything is being kept very tight this year or there's a lot left to be announced for many festivals and we still don't really know the majority of acts playing festivals this year

He replaced Bushy One String at The Glade last year and was worth staying and listening to

    • We head out in the morning. Couple of nights in New York then up to Boston. Enjoy the games lads and hopefully we get some great football to take our minds off the whole shitshow off the pitch.
    • White Stripes/QotSA at Harewood 2007, Tramlines (and Blue Dot, same weekend) in '23, and Elbow at Jodrell Bank '13.
    • Yeah exactly, the shock moments, group layouts, etc all end up playing out differently once you get into the tournament. However you tweak it, you don't predict shocks.
