So looks like Coldplay will be on Chris Evans tomorrow morning, he loves throwing in a Glastonbury question so there should be a clue or two.

No, he doesn't.... he interviewed Adele for 20 minutes, spoke about festivals, but didn't mention the G word at all.

To my mind that seems suspicious, like he'd been told he couldn't ask about Glastonbury. And this interview happened a few days before he did the whispering thing on TFI. And 'adele' can sound a bit like 'elo', too, when whispered.

(Read in Jo Whiley's voice)

Friday night, three-time headliners, Muse. Sunday night, four-time headliners, Coldplay. Who will be crowned the all time kings of Glastonbury?

She seriously said that, or are you taking the piss?

according to people I know who used to be a part of the same social group, yep.

If you are Icelandic and English is your second language, and you learn your English in London then some shade of Mockney is inevitable surely? Is there something wrong with that?

nowt wrong with that at all. There's also nowt wrong with her having a fake public voice.

I'm merely saying that's what it is, so I've been told by people who socialise (or did) with the squeaky one.

Twitter is now awash with people saying Coldplay pretty much confirmed they are playing?

BBC article..

"Speaking to breakfast show host Nick Grimshaw, the band dropped hints about a headline appearance at Glastonbury.

"We'd love to do it. That's our spiritual home, as a band," he said.

"Maybe we should have called ahead and asked them," he joked."
