Any chance These New Puritans play the Auditori? I've listened to their latest album several times now and it seems quite appropriate. Any bets on Caroline Polachek making an appearance?

Fully agree. Lorde and CMAT are good. Pixies and Interpol used to be good and no need to seen them again. I would be completely bored at Mad Cool until Byrne and Cave come up.

I see the Beta Band have been announced for a few more festivals. Hope they get added for ciutat

Surprisingly Wet Leg say they’ve recorded a new album already so could be a more interesting performance next year and not just a rehash.

Hopefully that more interesting performance won't be wasted to the typical Wednesday Parc Del Forum crowd.

Hello FKA, not posted on the forum for years so forgive my intrusion!  We’re travelling over for our first PS, not really got much idea of the place other than it looked excellent last year and we’ve finally bit the bullet after years of prevarication! Is there a particular ‘type’ for this particular spot on the lineup?

It's a completely free show open to the public so a lot of people come and see it as an excuse for a free party and spend the night chatting, barely watching the show.

There's always good pockets in the crowd where people are engaged with the show, but you gotta maneuver through people a bunch in order to find that. 

 

I hope we get good Ciutat alternatives on the Wednesday in both Sala Apolo and Razzmatazz.

Yeah, Ciutat people on the other hand are more respectful than the regular festival crowd. Usually more up for it too.

Massive Attack have said they'll have new music in 2026. Damn right, will have been 16 years since their last album and 6 since their last EP...

I bought an extra ticket during the Ticket Holders presale for my friend who can no longer attend the festival (through AccessTicket). I'm trying to resell it through AT but, obviously, it says resell isn't open at the moment. Will resell only be available once the festival sells out?

 

This ticket is cheaper than the current ticket price so I don't think it'll be hard to sell it but I'm wondering if it's better to wait until official resale opens or to sell it now through less official channels.

Yes, I wouldn't count on the festival creating another resale platform as long as their regular tickets are not sold out.

They were supposed to in 2017 but cancelled due to the death of one the band members. I'm waiting for them to appear on the Primavera lineup again ever since.

They've announced an Australian tour when Primavera is on

Bit disappointed they didnt get Apparat who are touring early Summer.

 

Nothing in auditori this year will be as good as their show a few years back.
