  1. Thom Yorke will be there, could do a little feature during his set. /dream
  2. Still Janelle puts on a bigger show than Sam imo. Would be great if she ends the day.
  3. Why is nobody mentioning The National? But yeah, Mannequin Pussy is excellent.
  4. Great light show but the music doesn't do it for me actually.
  5. That second half is going to go off.
  6. Have not net heard any song of them that I can stand. Horrible walking rock cliche. But yet again, I have the same with Imagine Dragons and they seemed to be pretty popular here too. Different tastes I guess. We can't all like the same things.
  7. Watch this turning out to be Maneskin or Bastille or something. 😅
  8. Me too, I love her music. But she's not very good live nowadays, sadly. I saw her some years ago and it was a bit embarrassing. Love SZA's music too, mind. SOS was my most listened to album last year, apparently.
  9. Ok, fair enough. I vastly prefer Primavera's lineup. Over any lineup this year, actually. Every time I look back at the lineup I forgot how good it was.
  10. That name would be worse than any headliner on the current lineup for me. 😅
  11. Grace Jones is a very, very small headliner for a festival this size. And so is Prodigy anno 2024, actually. Nothing on this lineup comes close to Lana Del Rey and SZA, actually, in terms of size. The likes of Arcade Fire and Underworld are about the same as The National, Pulp, Justice, Disclosure and Vampire Weekend.
  12. You're thinking a bit too much into it. The biggest names on the poster are the headliners.
  13. Janelle Monae as a headliner is actually a very exciting prospect. She'll nail that slot. Easily my favourite name out of that top layer.
  14. And The Smile, The Smile and The Smile. Saw them at Vorst last week and they're going to play the show of the weekend. They were fire.
  15. These shows are going to be epic.
  16. Too bad Dua Lipa is one of pop's biggest stars worldwide and Coldplay isn't probably the biggest band in the world then...
  17. Make a playlist with these songs: Fake Empire, Afraid Of Everyone, Space Invader, Slow Show, Eucalyptus, Bloodbuzz Ohio, Apartment Story, Abel, Hey Rosie, Rylan, Geese Of Beverly Road, Mistaken For Strangers, I Need My Girl, Smoke Detector and About Today. See if you want to keep listening after that.
  18. But no LCD Soundsystem and The National - my favorite names across both lineups. Also would've loved seeing Fontaines DC and Little Simz at Werchter.
  19. Still think The National, up against SZA could be busy. They’ll surely have a bigger crowd than QOTSA. 😅 I have the idea that IDLES might be relatively quiet, crowd-wize.
  20. Well he’s got to do Mad Cool one day. But agree: amways a AA name on any lineup.
  21. Epic. Surely going to to the big festivals in 2025.
  22. Her last tour got really bad reviews though.
  23. They're really awful live, I'm afraid. Love their music but their show at Rock Werchter was shocking.
  24. Is it? I'm a Belgian, here they're a big band capable of selling out the biggest arena in the country. Can imagine them being the Sunday headliner for many people. Packed is a bit exaggerated, but I can imagine them faring well in that context (as opposed to that weird Pyramid placement).
