Recall some weather forecaster saying 3 days out is v.reliable, a week out fairly confident but liable to blips, and that storms are difficult to pinpoint as know if there is a high chance but they are v.localised.  That implied looking in a week ahead for a glance and then taking notice 3 days out. But I happily delve into this from the off hanging of all these 'runs' that you all refer to.😀

 

P.s. I've pre-emptively put the wellies in the boot. Let's hope that's where they stay!

All the models seem to disagree still with anything beyond Sunday, so wouldn't rely on anything before this weekend tbh.

Agreed. I spend all day Thursday till about 6pm up there, nude, clothed just by the sun. It's a great way to relax before the busy three days ahead.

It's not for everyone sure. For me, nudin up at Lost Horizons is a great place to relax among some of the friendliest people you'll find onsite.

the thing is that rain can be forecast, but the site is big enough that it can be showers over Park, but dry at Acoustic

06z Ensembles - GFS operational in terms of air pressure is significantly above the mean Wed - Fri suggesting pressure will be lower, however for the weekend the mean of all runs suggests pressure rise.  Either way rainfall looks very minimal

The only time I was in Lost Horizons I was made less relaxed by the old lady telling me I’d be more relaxed if I took my pants off. 
Long time ago. That was after I was covered in mud during Deftones last time they played, maybe it’s a sign for another visit.

I would also add rehydration tablets to the water at least twice a day if it's really hot.  I've always done this since 2019 when I had a banging headache by early evening which I couldn't shift and had to go to bed early.
