Ohio would be a massive steal, sadly Georgia's numbers are not looking as positive as I'd hoped right now.

For the non CNN watchers..."If Biden wins Ohio then Trump has *no* path to the White House".

And currently the stats only include 29% of the early vote so more Biden stuff to come...

A slightly stoned thought is that this is a really good day for democracy, I don't think I've ever known an election with greater engagement both amongst it's own population and also the wider world.  It speaks volumes about what a polarising force in the world Trump has been.

Also for the non CNN watchers, their presenters appear to have access to very high quality speed.

Don't think Atlanta is reporting currently which will be very pro democrat so could see a surge for Biden there

Guardian reporting that some are already calling Florida for Trump, although not AP yet.

So the underlying story coming into this evening was that Biden was likely to win the popular vote but that it would take a long time for the counts to finalise. Meanwhile it was suspected that Trump would look to pull some shenanigans to keep his grip on the White House, like calling the election early.

Are people picking up any reports out of the Trump camp…and if we think he might call it early when do we expect him to make an announcement?

All this CNN bingeing is great for the stats but they’re never going to have a scoop from inside the Trump inner circle.

I’m not sure he can call anything yet with Biden leading in places like Ohio and Texas. It’s not looking too good for him at this stage despite winning Florida.

    • Looking like will be bringing a 2-3 month old to Glastonbury next year
    • Healey's first budget with be Oct 28th
    • Been going for 10 years. Wasn't massively keen on the lineup beforehand - although as usual after some research I did start to really look forward to it. We had a brilliant time, felt more like old school Latitude, lovely vibe and we met some nice people. We saw loads but highlights for me -   Lime Garden Florence Road Jalen Ngonda David Byrne - Not a fan of him or TH really but we went out of interest and it was one of those festival shows that you'll never forget. The staging was off the scale. Eleni Drake - Up on BBC Introducing, what a haven that stage is.  Westside Cowboy Getdown Services - Probably highlight of the weekend for me. Absolutely brilliant and have booked tix for them in Bristol next year. Everything Everything - They're my favourite band so I loved it when they were added. A great start to Sunday and met loads of their fans up near the front. Alex James Britpop - We enjoyed it and Gary Stringer FFS! David O'Doherty - Saw him twice, brilliant as usual. Self Esteem - Adore Rebecca and the show was as live affirming as always.   Overall, it was such a brilliant weekend. Beforehand we said that we might give it a miss next year but I'm pretty sure that we'll be sucked right back in!
    • Me too.  Reckon they must have more this year.   Not bad is it - ended up paying same price as this year.  It still represents great value for me.  Well, until I check my bank account the Monday after the weekend.
    • Well mayors have more powers to do that sh*t...but they have to make the numbers add up.
