  1. Just bump them one slot on the suggested line up. Gives Neck Deep a longer break in between the double set too. Everyone's a winner.
  2. Prodigy and Skrillex and some other Chevron acts would go down much better in a tent IMO. Could it be: Main Stage: Open air (obviously) Chevron: Large tent Radio 1: Smaller open air (not a replica of Main Stage)
  3. That, or they go for a tent roughly the size of the old R1 stage with the extended outside area with sound system and screens etc for when/if it's rammed. Could work if they're stacking the main stage with "two headliners" each night to spread the crowd, especially if they mean to clash/overlap some acts. And what's the consensus on the "headliners"? Surely you can't bill all 6 as headliners unless they rotate them between sites?!
  4. They don't leak em like they used to
  5. Ref Bloc Party - Would they need a big slot? FR headliner? Afternoon MS slot?
  6. The Vaccines Neck Deep MUZZ Frank Turner Caskets Kid Kapichi Young The Giant The Japanese House Dimension Enter Shikari Realistically, I've no idea how realistic these are. Just some names I'd personally like to see.
  7. Ahhh that Glasto set was lovely. Couldn't get in to the Barn at RW to see him last summer so really looking forward to Sunday evening. Seriously dreading the come down at LDR afterward though.
  8. Returning this year for the weekend but will opt for the quieter camps (no shame in that - I like my sleep nowadays). I'm 32 but already started to feel old when I attended in my late 20s 😆 I find it the same as most UK festivals nowadays - you'll always have the idiots, but you'll also find like minded (and similar aged) people. It's up to you what you get out of it. If you're worried about certain atmospheres, avoid them. Likewise, if you see/meet people you like, make friends and stick with them 🥰
  9. Where do The 1975 stand nowadays? Touring European festivals this summer, but I presume still not headline worthy for RW? Maybe a Sub slot?

    2023 Stage Predictions

Expected such. Thank you for the feedback. We talking 3/4+ nights at Brixton potentially? It won't change my plans, I'll be heading down to Plymouth with friends 😄

    2023 Stage Predictions

Definitely plausible! Other Stage headliner? Anyone know why there's like a month gap between their first date in Plymouth and the next one in Huddersfield?
  12. Wow... I really hope they've removed that lump of trees as you walk towards MSE, otherwise that's gonna be a FUN bottleneck with 5 minutes to get the MSW!
  13. Just to be clear, I wasn't insinuated (or hoping) that he's called it off - as someone mentioned, he tweeted this morning about it. It was just something curious that I spotted 🙂
  14. On the Leeds app KSI is now missing off MSE and on the website his set time is TBA.
  15. Updated app is showing MGK. See if he disappears when the set times update comes through...
  16. 2pm But yes, usually earlier. (sorry, I should say Leeds. Idk if it's diff for R)
  17. Everyone chill. Can we get back on track to looking forward to this bleedin' festival?! Masks or no masks, this is a sell out and everyone is going to have a damn good time!!!
  18. There's always a smattering of "young un's" in Orange, especially close to the hill and along that main path but no where near like Red/Blue. This is my last Leeds before I'm 30 and potentially my last full stop so I'm retreating to Purple 😆 If you're arriving Wednesday, you'll EASILY find a nice spot in Orange.
  19. Mixed bag with mirrors, I've seen security take them off people and I've seen them let the really small flip ones through. I'd wrap it in to a secure place just to be sure. Preeeetty sure that's how I got out in 2019! Not 100% sure on this, mainly because Leeds have decided to give an absolutely horrendous resolution map and no PDF download. At first glance it looks like the village has moved from it's normal spot to left of the arena entrance? You can see all the medical stuff is around the 5-a-side pitches now. I've never had any issues with snobs, abuse etc.. based on the music. The atmosphere is usually dictated by where you put yourself in the festival. Red/Blue camp is still the same, expect a young crowd, lots of noise until early hours etc.. Orange is a nice in between and purple backwards is calmer. I don't think the demographic has changed THAT much in the last 5-6 years. At the end of the day, everyone is out to have a good time (minus a few dicks) and the festival is what you make it. If you want to go hard and get silly, there's a place for you. If you want to be chill and have a more laid back weekend, there's a place for you 🙂 Have a great weekend!
  20. Slightly off topic - For Leeds, there was no real confirmation of Relentless still being a thing or even if that area is still going to be used. I might have missed it but is there any info on this?
