we are almost there already .... in fact we are probably well past now given the delay in figures ... its bloody grim ..... and we MIGHT need another lockdown .... what bit about this are they not seeing ?!!! Those poor NHS workers who won't get Christmas FFS and will watch people dying on Christmas Day and be the ones having to contact loved ones ..... thankyou to you all

Some good news.  Yesterday evening GPs (in Wave 1) given the go ahead to use 6 of the 6.5 doses in a vial (rather than the mandated 5 to allow for wastage). So 20% more supply of Pfizer.

Agreed. Really not a fan of enforcing curfews at all. Close the pubs, restaurants, shops etc - but don’t punish people who might want a breath of fresh air late at night or early in the morning. Heading towards dodgy territory with that type of thing.

It's not exactly that though. Mainly prohibiting gatherings during the specified hours so your examples would be fine.

No indoor or outdoor gatherings of any kind will be permitted, including at sporting venues

Outdoor exercise will be permitted only with members of your own household.

I don't know.  5% wastage is factored in due to complexity, but from what I know the actual wastage is much lower.

I can never understand this (no offence) the government barely want to enforce lockdowns as it is so they’ll definitely return our freedoms when this is done. They won’t keep curfews in place when the pandemic is over.

Does it say anything about household mixing rules between 6am and 8pm? All it seems to say is no mixing overnight.
