At the risk of being accused of ‘not being open minded enough to get it’ or ‘only listening to metal and not letting the band explore other genres’ or ‘not broadening my music horizons enough’, I think it’s mainly a pile of shite.

Just giving it a second listen as we speak, as a fan of the band it's a no from me, but on the experimental side good luck to them, it's just a bit of fun. There’s some decent stuff on there for sure but I strongly believe that they should have fine-tuned it more. That 24 minute track, for example, is wholly unnecessary and would have been a far better song if it was around 8 minutes long. I think a lot of the songs could do with a couple of minutes shaving off but I guess they wanted to put it out as a raw piece of work. I don’t think they’ll play any of these songs live and I think it is just a fun, experimental piece for them. You've got to respect them for not staying in one lane for too long and constantly trying their hand at new things. It’s something they’ve always done. They’ll be a couple more EPs of totally different styles coming.

They were never great at that anyway. I’ve never really understood the love of CYB because there is so much better deathcore from around that period and after. TheWaters
I've heard this new BMTH EP is more of a "braindump" of Amo offcuts and ideas than a proper release. Reckon it's just a bit of fun for them to release so they can start on new stuff for 2020.

Aye but Oli Sykes had the best fringe and so they won by default.
DomDom1984
The two big stand outs for me were Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds - Ghosteen Prince Daddy and the Hyena - Cosmic Thrill Seekers Could do a more comprehensive list at a later time. So great live.
