O2 own Mountford Hall now I think. Have done for a while. But they have moved it.

I got 2 tickets for Wolf Alice in Liverpool off Ticketmaster, then gave them away to someone who loves the band and has just had a baby. 

So after multi refreshes, I secured 1 more for me on See!

He was meant to be headlining latitude in July - their new line up drops 19th April

Might he even be an outside shot for headliner status in 23? He’s probably already big enough to sub and if the next album is as big as the last one...

Well from the look of it they might scrap their u.s tour. Its supposed to begin 2 days after IOW. So safe to say they're taking the easy money for those fest bookings. And whoever said theyre a cheap act lol. Tickets to see them average £70 for a solo gig.

Thing is though that it likely won't be. Definite one and done vibes as the novelty wears off.

True....and it's probably the closest comparison.  But that one tune aside, have any of his other songs really sunk into the general consciousness.

FWIW I don’t think Capaldi will headline in 23, but he’s on the same path trodden by former headliner Ed Sheeran and future headliner George Ezra.

He was due to headline Latitude and TRNSMT last year I believe.

Ezra has tunes plural and is bland af.

Capaldi has tune singular and people find him amusing. 

The latter may be enough to bump him up to headline status.....but as I said the novelty may wear off.
